1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging, protective materials, and tags intact.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must not show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
- Returns must include all original accessories, documentation, and certificates of authenticity (if applicable).
- Clearance, final sale, and customized products are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process

- Approval & Instructions – Our support team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.
- Packaging & Shipping – Securely pack the item and ship it to our designated return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect order.
- Inspection & Confirmation – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Refund Processing – If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Defective or Damaged Items – If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
- Incorrect Orders – If you receive the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping and send the correct item or provide a refund.
