1. Order Acceptance & Processing

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

  • Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not signify final acceptance; we may require additional verification before processing your order.

  • Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices on our website are listed in USD ($) unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price at the time of purchase will be honored for orders already placed.

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

    • Apple Pay & Google Pay

    • Bank Transfers (for high-value orders)

  • Full payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped.

3. Sales Tax & Additional Charges

  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by their country. ZEALTOPIC is not liable for these additional costs.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer worldwide shipping with various shipping options available at checkout.

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated timelines are as follows:

    • Standard Domestic Shipping (USA): 5-7 business days

    • Express Domestic Shipping (USA): 1-3 business days

    • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days

    • Expedited International Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Order modifications (such as address changes) can be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed, modifications may no longer be possible.

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.

  • If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must follow our Return & Refund Policy to process a return.

6. Product Authenticity & Warranty

  • ZEALTOPIC guarantees that all products are 100% authentic and brand-new.

  • All watches come with either a manufacturer’s warranty or our in-house warranty (as specified on the product page).

  • Warranty coverage does not apply to:

    • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

    • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, strap discoloration).

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers can return items within 14 days of delivery under our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

8. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotional offers, discounts, and coupons are limited-time and subject to change without notice.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.

9. Fraud Prevention & Security

  • To protect against fraudulent transactions, we may request additional identity verification before processing your order.

  • Any attempt at fraud (including chargebacks without valid cause) will result in legal action.
