  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in USD ($) unless otherwise specified.
  • We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is placed, the price at the time of purchase will be honored.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer worldwide shipping, with various shipping options available at checkout.
  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated timelines:

    • Express Domestic Shipping (USA): 1-3 business days
    • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days
    • Expedited International Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Order modifications (such as address changes) can be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed, modifications may not be possible.
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers must follow our Return & Refund Policy to process a return.

6. Product Authenticity & Warranty

  • ZEALTOPIC guarantees that all products are 100% authentic and brand-new.
  • All watches come with a manufacturer’s warranty or our in-house warranty (as specified on the product page).
  • Warranty coverage does not apply to:
    • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
    • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, strap discoloration).

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers can return items within 14 days of delivery under our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

8. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotional offers, discounts, and coupons are limited-time and subject to change without prior notice.
  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
